Wherever possible, please arrange an appointment with us before arriving at the practice. If you are unable to attend your appointment, please let us know in good time so that we can give your slot to another patient. Please remember to bring your insurance card with you.
Waiting patients are called out in line with organisational priorities. Many patients simply have a physiotherapy appointment, and are not being called to see a doctor.
Please try to be patient and courteous if your appointment is somewhat delayed.
